ADMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Parents are to make available the following documents when reporting to the school

1: All parents are required to download 
the necessary documents below and 
submit them to the school on the 
reporting day.

  i. Placement form
 ii. Personal Record form
iii. Admission Letter
iv. Birth Certificate/Baptismal/Ghana
     card
 v. 2 Passport Pictures

2: Parents should download the 
prospectus and purchase all items 
corresponding to the sex or gender 
of your child. 

3. Pictures of all prescribed shoes 
for both males and females have 
been uploaded on the portal. 
Parents are advised to check 
them so they can purchase the 
necessary prescribed items.
